Construction activity in Argentina started 2018 increasing remarkably

“Construction in Argentina increased 19% in January 2018 compared with the same month in 2017”.

The main áreas of development are government infraestructure projects part of the so called Plan Belgrano, north of the country, but also renewable energy and private construction, due to the huge increase of mortgage loans within the real estate market.

On the other hand, the construction companies expect a 46,7% increase of their assignments for government projects for the current quarter and 33,4% for the ones related to the private sector.

16 hectars “innovation park“ development to be launched in central Buenos Aires

During the fourth quarter of 2018 the City of Buenos Aires will hold the auction for the so called “Innovation Park”, located in the upscale district of Nuñez, in north Buenos Aires, where the Tiro Federal club is standing until present time.

This remarkable develoment will do an immense improvement to the already elegant district of Nuñez – Belgrano. It will hold 450000 buildable square meters, where only 33% will be suitable for residential real estate development. The other available for construction área will be for universities, offices and innovative uses.
