Real Estate market of Argentina increases for 19 consecutive months

Argentina´s real estate market is considered one of the áreas that shows the recovery of the economy of the country, since the second semester of 2016 due to the significant reforms led by President Macri. The main facts that have influenced this change are the end of currency restrictions, the launch of mortgage loans with increasing momentum - in a way the market had not seen in 30 years-; and the huge tax holiday that colected U$S 116 billion.
There is an aditional positive fact wich is the increase of the people´s income due to a better economy environment and stability.
