REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BOOM
IN DEEP ARGENTINA’S SMALLER CITIES
It is a fact not seen in the country for the past 50 years: real estate is booming also in the 100,000 to 200,000 people cities inside the country’s vast territory. Cordoba and Rosario, Argentina’s second and third biggest cities are going through a non precedent R.E. boom. With a population of 1,000,000 each, they hold over 600 middle and big size developments each one of them. But what it is most impressive is the development of smaller cities all over the country. Beautiful and high end condominium projects are being designed and built for the prosperous middle class of those small and sometimes far away communities. Their prosperity is based on the country’s high price food exports.
